Our Trolley Rail Style Fall Protection Systems are covered by the best warranty in the industry. When the system is utilized as recommended and described in our instructional videos and user’s training manual, the following warranty shall apply:
The Major Structural Components, including Trolley Rails, Integrated Triangular Truss Structure, Mounting Brackets, Vertical Support Columns, Horizontal Support Columns, and Man-Rated Safety Trolleys and Carabiners are fully warranted against failure due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of Five (5) Years from date of initial installation!
Self-Retracting Lifelines are typically warranted for two full years.
Other Purchased Components, if applicable, shall carry the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Warranty Exceptions: We may require a reduction in warranty duration for some facilities that frequently handle certain corrosively aggressive products, such as acids, fertilizers, and some other chemicals.
